RETURN POLICY
No Returns or exchanges once an order is placed, except in case of damaged or defective products.
Returns/Exchange requests in such cases will be accepted within 7 days of delivery to the customer.
Customers agree that they have gone through our size chart which is available on the website, before placing an order. T-Shirts cannot be exchanged for sizes once the order is placed.
In the event of damaged/defective items, the company must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the product. Customers may be requested to share photographic evidence of damaged/defective product via e-mail.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
Any returned items that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

SHIPPING
We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Our widespread Pan-India delivery network ensures safe and prompt delivery of orders throughout the country.
- The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded in case the order is cancelled by Moth Retail Pvt Ltd
CANCELLATION
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer, as each product is manufactured using DTG (direct to garment) technique.
Moth Retail Originals reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
